Project Presented: Downtown Home Tour (Final)

Ed Blackman motioned to accept the CPG as written with a $0 appropriation. Sara Hardesty seconded the motion.

Discussion: This was a great project. It brought more people to downtown.

Community Fundraising Area Update – Ed Connell

·          Hope to get a final CPG from Goodfellows soon

·          No final CPGs for St. Baldrick’s, Duke Gala, 50/50 Art Sale yet; working with project chairs to get them soon

·          Raised $153 for HOBY with the Office Space event and everyone had a good time.

 

Community Service Area Update – Ed Blackman

·          HOBY went very well; Sandy Mitofsky has a possible project chair for next year; Will have the $500 each by Ed Blackman and Sandy Mitofsky

·          Most other projects are going well; HOPE tutoring is suspended for summer

 

Publicity Area Update – Jamilyn Cole

·          Please try to remember to get information to Jamilyn Cole early to get to press for projects.

 

Treasurer Area Update – Susan Brosnan

            No update at this time.

 

Legal Counsel Area Update – John Welch, Jr.

            No update at this time.

 

Secretary Area Update – Heather Snyder

·          Heather Snyder motioned to approve the minutes from the May board meeting. Ed Blackman seconded the motion. No discussion. Motion to approve the minutes passed.
