| Come join us for the 4th Annual Raleigh Jaycee Bowl-a-thon to benefit the Alzheimer's Association. The Bowl-a-thon will be
held Saturday, September 20th from 6-9pm at the AMF Capital Lanes Bowling Center at 1827 Capital Blvd in Raleigh (map). |

The Alzheimer's Association is the leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer care, support, and research. The Alzheimer's Association has been the catalyst and leader for a generation of advancements in Alzheimer research and care. The organization's achievements and progress in the field have given thousands of people a better quality of life and brough hope for millions more. The Raleigh chapter of the Jaycees has committed to raising a minimum of $3,000 for the Alzheimer's Association, and we are excited to help raise money for this important cause.

| Registration |
Each participant can register on a team of 5 bowlers or as an individual bowler. Each team will be assigned to their own lane. If you are not registered on a team, we can place you on a team. We also encourage all participants to try to raise additional contributions by getting pledges from friends, family, and co-workers. You can set pledge goals for yourself by asking for a donation amount per pin that you knock down. Download the pledge sheet and start collecting donations.
- Registration Cost: Minimum $22 donation per bowler
- Each registration includes 3 games, shoe rental, and lane rental

| 2008 Raleigh Jaycee Bowl-a-thon sponorship and donation opportunities are now available! As a sponsor or donor, there are great opportunities to contribute to this special event. Sponsorship opportunities are available at three levels: Strike, Spare, and Team . Please consider participating at either the Strike or Spare level. The number of sponsorships available at the Strike level will be limited to four. The benefits are huge as a business, including recognition in all stages of the event as well as your tax-deduction opportunity. If you are unable to contribute at a sponsorship level, we are also looking for businesses to donate gift certificates, products, or services to be included as awards for participants raising pledges and as door prizes. Donations will be recognized in our event program and we are expecting to have over 100 attendees for the event. This will be a wonderful marketing opportunity, and we hope you will be able to contribute to this worthwhile event.
All proceeds will benefit the Alzheimer's Association. The Jaycees Bowl-a-thon is a project of the Raleigh Jaycees Community Impact Fund, Inc ("CIF"). CIF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation.
